Jacksonville City Council Member Rahman Johnson (District 14) will host a noticed meeting with Council Member Chris Miller (At-Large Group 5) to discuss the upcoming 2026–27 Jacksonville City Council leadership cycle. The meeting will provide an opportunity for Councilman Johnson to share his vision for the upcoming Council year and to hear Council Member Miller’s perspective as discussions continue in advance of the Council’s leadership selection. The meeting will take place Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Henry Cook Room at City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
