Five Points Dependent Special District: Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors shall be composed of five (5) Supervisors, and three (3) alternates:
- Three Supervisors and two alternates, appointed by the Council President and confirmed by the City Council
- Two Supervisors and one alternate, appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council
The Supervisors and alternates must be commercial property owners or business owners in the Five Points Dependent Special District.
There shall be at least one Supervisor who is also a member of the 5 Points Merchants Association, Inc., or its successor organization, if it is terminated.
