Charge:

Pursuant to Council Rule 2.103 (a), as the 2025-2026 Council President, I am hereby extending the Special Committee on Duval DOGE, as established by the March 17, 2025, Charge Memorandum attached hereto. The Special Committee is tasked to report its findings and recommendations on these matters on or before June 30, 2026. All other aspects of the Charge Memorandum remain unchanged.

• Analyze recent growth in City Departments and programs to identify areas for potential savings,

• Evaluate services provided to identify areas for potential savings,

• Consider implementing a budget lapse while being mindful of potential service impacts.

• Other matters as identified by the Special Committee
