Land Development Procedures Manual

The LDPM now includes a section specifying how future changes to the LDPM will be implemented. If you would like to be notified of future updates as they are approved, please sign up to our LDPM update distribution list using this form.

The LDPM is currently being updated to be ADA compliant. In the meantime, please email ReviewGrp@coj.net for any volume of the LDPM and documents associated with the LDPM if they are not linked below.
