Notice is hereby given that the Homelessness Initiatives Commission (HIC) will hold an in-person Board meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Purpose
The Commission will discuss and assess:
- The current unmet needs of Duval County’s homeless and chronically unhoused populations
- Gaps in existing programs and services
- Status of funding
- Update on the RFP for a consultant for strategic plans
- Any additional matters within the purview of the Homelessness Initiatives Commission
Public Attendance
Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting in person.
