                        Legislative Authority: Ord. 2020-74-E, Chapter 96, Jacksonville Ordinance Code
Purpose: To investigate the root causes of sex trafficking in the City and to develop effective measures to prevent sex trafficking, enhance public awareness of the problems associated with sex trafficking and recognize the characteristics of the sex trafficking trade.
Duties and Responsibilities:
	- To act as a motivating and coordinating body to encourage joint public and private participation in accomplishing the Survivors Council's goals and objectives.
- To review and make recommendations, if necessary, to the City Council concerning potential policies and programs to further the City's goal of eliminating the sex trafficking trade in the City.
