Tree Commission Administrative Procedures (as of 12/16/2020)

Meeting date: Tree Commission monthly meetings are held on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in the Ed Ball Building, 10^th Floor, Conference Room 5, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Urban Forestry Management Plan Implementation Subcommittee (UFMPI) meetings are held approximately two weeks prior to the Tree Commission meeting. (Meeting times and locations are subject to change.) All citizens have the right to be heard and are allowed the opportunity for comment prior to final vote on a motion. Those that fill out a written request or Speaker's Request to be Heard Card shall be heard prior to others who appear at the meeting.
