Downtown Investment Authority (DIA)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) will meet in a hybrid virtual/in-person meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for the DIA Board to consider and take action on items on the DIA agenda, which is available at:

Please note: The Multipurpose Room is not accessible through the Main Street entrance. Please use the Laura Street entrance. Follow posted signage to the public elevators, take the elevator to Level C (Conference Level), and proceed through the glass doors into the Conference Center. The Multipurpose Room is the first room on the left.

Public Comment

Verbal public comment is available only to individuals attending the meeting in person.

Individuals who cannot attend in person but wish to submit written public comments regarding any agenda item may do so by emailing:

Written comments must be received prior to the start of the meeting. Submitted comments will not be read aloud during the meeting but will be distributed to all DIA Board members in advance and retained as part of the official meeting record.
