Notice is hereby given that the Special Committee on Drowning Prevention will meet on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Council Chamber, located on the 1st floor, City Hall – St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of this meeting will be to address the questions/matters noted in Council President Howland’s September 1, 2026, Special Committee Charge Memorandum.
