Notice is hereby given that the TRUE Commission will hold a special meeting on September 17, 2026, 4:00 pm in the Henry Cook Room, 1st Floor, City Hall, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Amendment 3. All interested parties are invited to attend.
