Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville City Council Regular Council Meeting previously

scheduled and noticed for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. will now start at 4:00 p.m.

in the Council Chamber located at 117 West Duval Street, 1st Floor City Hall – St. James

Bldg., Jacksonville, Florida 32202.

All items on the Council agenda scheduled for a public hearing or public participation pursuant to

Florida Statutes and/or the Jacksonville Ordinance Code shall not be heard until 5:00 p.m. or as

soon thereafter as Council may call those items up to be heard.
