Notice is hereby given Council Vice President Nick Howland, At-Large, Group 3 and Council Member Terrance Freeman, At-Large, Group 1 will hold a member-to-member meeting on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The meeting will take place at City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, in the Don Davis Room, Jacksonville, FL 32202. As this is Councilman Freeman’s final year on Council, the purpose of the is meeting this meeting is to discuss Council At -Large, Group 1 priorities for the 2026-2027 year.
