NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville will hold a Pre-Construction Public Information Meeting regarding the Old Middleburg Road Phase 2A project on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Purpose
The project will widen Old Middleburg Road from two lanes to four lanes from Argyle Forest Boulevard to Collins Road and will include a curb and gutter roadway section, multi-use path, sidewalk, traffic signals and additional turn lanes. Construction is anticipated to begin in fall 2026. The meeting will provide project and construction information to property and business owners, interested citizens and local organizations.
