Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Lori Boyer, Chair of the Special Committee on Context Sensitive Streets, will continue to meet with members of the Special Committee on the Wednesday after each regular City Council meeting at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chamber, 1^st Floor of City Hall, 117 W. Duval St, Jacksonville, Florida, until the charge to introduce legislation on this issue is completed. (City Council meeting dates are the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday of each month.)

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the TRUE Commission’s Audit Subcommittee on Audit #721 – Oceanfront Parks Revenue – on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing Council Auditor’s Audit #721.

Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, John R. Crescimbeni will meet with the Finance Committee Members on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 3:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to consider Ordinance 2012-569 (authorizing an Economic Development Agreement with Advanced Disposal Services, Inc.)

Notice is hereby given that Council President Bill Bishop and Council Member Ray Holt, will meet on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at 12:00 noon, in Conference Room A, Council Offices, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James Bldg., to discuss 2012-601 to award consulting services agreement for Dietrich Planning, Inc. to produce a housing element study for the JIA/CRA.

Council Member Lori N. Boyer will be meeting with Council Member Denise Lee, to discuss the CIP adoption and amendment process. This meeting is open to all Council Members who are interested in this topic. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., in Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
