MyJax Requests Dashboard
The MyJax interactive platform provides insights into the various tasks our city is working on. You have the ability to view the various service request types, how many requests are currently active or closed, and their current status. You also have the ability to view requests by Council District. Whether you're a resident, a city official, or a curious observer, this dashboard offers transparency and accountability in our efforts to address community needs promptly and efficiently. Explore the data, track progress, and stay informed about the actions being taken to enhance the quality of life in our City.

MyJax Requests by Zip Code

This dashboard is an interactive tool that lets users filter and visualize city service requests by service type, status, zip code, and time frame. It provides customized maps and data views to show where and how City resources are being requested.

Solid Waste Dashboard
The Office of Administrative Services’ Solid Waste Dashboard serves as a transparent, real‑time reporting tool that tracks citywide waste collection performance. It displays detailed metrics on trash pickups and missed pickups, along with the ability to filter data by postal code and by contracted waste hauler. This level of granularity allows residents, city officials, and oversight bodies to monitor service reliability, identify problem areas, and hold service providers accountable, reinforcing Jacksonville’s commitment to more efficient and responsive waste management.

Animal Care Dashboard

Animal Care and Protective Services is committed to improving outcomes for the animals in its care and continually works to strengthen its save rate through dedicated staff and growing community support. Animals enter the shelter for many reasons, including owner relinquishment, being found as strays, impoundment or seizure, and transfers from partner agencies, with stray and at-large animals representing the largest share of intake. The shelter provides daily care for a substantial population of animals, supported by employees and volunteers who enrich their lives. The Animal Care Dashboard promotes transparency by sharing clear information about trends, outcomes, and community involvement, and fostering trust.
