Construction Trades Qualifying Board

Notice is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville Construction Trades Qualifying Board will meet on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at the location listed below.

4. Hearing on the Administrative Complaint filed against Philipe Miranda, Sr., d/b/a Phil General, LLC, regarding property located at 548 Brockham Drive, by Charles Benson, Building Inspection Division, Building Enforcement. (Served)

5. Hearing on the Administrative Complaint filed against Fasli Shehu, d/b/a Big Apple LLC, regarding properties located at 5243 Seaboard Avenue; 3113 Peach Drive; 1801 Jefferson Road, by Charles Benson, Building Inspection Division, Building Code Enforcement. (Served). This case has been postponed since November 12, 2025.

6. Hearing on the Administrative Complaint filed against Anton Geci Geci, d/b/a Air Trust LLC, regarding property located at 5243 Seaboard Avenue, by Charles Benson, Building Inspection Division, Building Code Enforcement. (Served)
