Duval Care Coalition

Volunteers collecting food donations In response to the ongoing challenges caused by the federal government shutdown and the partial loss of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits, the City of Jacksonville has established the Duval Care Coalition. This unified network brings together faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and community food banks to ensure that no resident in need goes without essential support.

The Duval Care Coalition represents a shared commitment to compassion, collaboration, and service. By pooling resources and coordinating efforts, coalition members provide meals, food pantry services, and volunteer assistance to families and individuals experiencing hunger throughout Duval County.

The City of Jacksonville expresses its gratitude to all coalition members for their continued dedication to serving neighbors in need. Residents seeking assistance or wishing to volunteer can find updated information on available resources below. This page will be revised as additional partners and programs are confirmed.
