Council on Elder Affairs (COEA)

Notice is hereby given that the Council on Elder Affairs (COEA) meets on a recurring basis on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EST).

The public is invited to attend the COEA meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This meeting will be offered in person at 117 W. Duval Street, 1st Floor – Lynwood Roberts Conference Room, Jacksonville, FL 32202, and virtually through Zoom.

Public Comment

Individuals attending this meeting in person or via Zoom will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period.

Interested persons who cannot attend in person or virtually but wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment period may do so by emailing coea@coj.net no later than 12:00 p.m. (EST) on the Monday prior to the meeting.

The Council on Elder Affairs periodically provides updates on city, business, civic, and nonprofit initiatives and activities related to Duval County’s senior residents.
