JaxRax Bike Rack Request Form
Are you a business owner who would benefit from bicycle parking? Do you know a business that needs a bicycle rack? The City will furnish and install bike racks, free of charge, to businesses in an effort to become a Bicycle Friendly Community.
Who is eligible to request the free bicycle racks?
- Business owners in Jacksonville with retail space adjacent to City-owned and maintained sidewalks or other rights-of-way where a bicycle rack would serve the public.
- Residents who would like to request bicycle racks in COJ public parks or within the DIA boundary near businesses or locations they frequent.

After your JaxRax request is submitted, requestees must sign and notarize the RPIA before the rack(s) is/are installed. Please contact us if you need assistance in completing or notarizing the RPIA. Once completed, please email to tpletzke@coj.net.
