Dog-friendly Permit for Outdoor Areas of Dining Establishments
The City's Planning Department manages the permit process allowing dining establishments to have dogs in outdoor portions of their facility. No fee is associated with the permit at this time. While this permit does not expire, it cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner upon the sale or transfer of an establishment. It will expire automatically upon the sale or transfer of the establishment. The subsequent owner will be required to reapply for a permit if they wish to continue to accommodate patrons' dogs in outdoor areas.
