Persons attending the meeting will have an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period.
Persons who cannot attend may submit public comments regarding matters on the agenda by emailing vaac@coj.net no later than Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Submitted comments will be read during the designated public comment portion of the meeting.
