NOTICE is hereby given that the Mandarin Middle School Safe Routes to School Improvements Public Meeting will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The meeting is being held in conjunction with Duval County Public Schools, the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO), and the City of Jacksonville Transportation Planning Division.
Purpose
Topics to be covered include:
- An overview of the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program;
- An outline of completed activities and data collection;
- A presentation on proposed infrastructure improvements; and
- An update on next steps for grant funding.
