NOTICE is hereby given that the Homelessness Initiatives Commission will hold an in-person special meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss, assess and edit the Draft Five-Year Plan submitted by Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP). AHP presented a draft version of the plan to the HIC Board on October 14, 2026. The HIC Board-approved Five-Year Plan will be presented to City Council prior to February 2027.
