NOTICE is hereby given that the Homelessness Initiatives Commission (HIC) will hold an in-person Board meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Purpose
The Commission will discuss and assess the current unmet needs of Duval County's homeless and chronic unhoused populations, gaps in existing programs and services targeting these populations, the status of funding, an update by the consultant for the strategic plans contract, a presentation by Elder Source, and other matters within the purview of the Homelessness Initiatives Commission.
