NOTICE is hereby given that the Homelessness Initiatives Commission (HIC) will hold an in-person Board meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Purpose
The Commission will discuss and assess the current unmet needs of Duval County's homeless and chronically unhoused populations, gaps in existing programs and services serving these populations, and other matters within the purview of the Homelessness Initiatives Commission.
