NOTICE is hereby given that the Downtown Investment Authority Board will hold a public workshop on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Purpose
The purpose of the workshop is to provide the DIA Board with an update on the Culinary Institute of America’s proposed Jacksonville expansion, the 330 East Bay Street development, and the anticipated path forward.
Public Comment
Only persons attending the workshop in person will have an opportunity to provide verbal public comment. Persons who cannot attend in person may submit written comments regarding matters on the agenda by emailing DIAPublicComments@coj.net before the workshop begins. Written comments will be forwarded to DIA Board members for review, will not be read during the workshop, and will remain part of the permanent workshop record.
