Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is for the Evaluation Committee to discuss and finalize scoring of the solicitation received in response to the Notice of Disposition for a portion of the 330 E. Bay Street property.

Public Comment

Only individuals attending the meeting in person will have an opportunity to provide verbal public comment during the meeting. Persons who cannot attend in person may submit written public comments prior to the start of the meeting by emailing DIAPublicComments@coj.net. Submitted comments will be provided to DIA Board members and included in the official record but will not be read aloud during the meeting.
