NOTICE is hereby given that the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) will meet on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for the Downtown Development Review Board to consider and take action on items on the DDRB agenda.
Public Comment
Persons attending the meeting in person or virtually will have an opportunity to provide public comment. Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. Virtual participants wishing to provide public comment must join the meeting using their full name.
Persons who cannot attend in person or virtually may submit written comments regarding matters on the agenda by emailing DDRBPublicComments@coj.net before the meeting begins. Written comments will be forwarded to DDRB members for review, will not be read during the meeting, and will remain part of the permanent meeting record.
