NOTICE is hereby given that the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) will meet on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Purpose
The Downtown Development Review Board will consider and take action on items listed on the meeting agenda.

Public Comment
Persons attending the meeting in person or virtually will have an opportunity to provide public comment. The Chair will establish a speaking time of no more than three minutes per speaker.
Persons who cannot attend may submit written comments regarding matters on the agenda by emailing DDRBPublicComments@coj.net before the meeting begins. Written comments will be forwarded to Board members for review and included in the permanent meeting record.
