NOTICE is hereby given that members of the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for new board member orientation.
Public Comment
People attending this meeting in person will be given an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period. The Chair of the CCGJ Board of Directors will establish a speaking time of no more than three minutes per speaker. All participants who wish to provide public comment must provide their full name and wait to be recognized by the Chair before speaking. Interested persons who cannot attend the meeting in person, but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment period regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing info@culturalcouncil.org no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.
