Persons attending the meeting in person or via Zoom will have an opportunity to provide public comment during the designated public comment period. Interested persons who cannot attend in person or via Zoom but wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment period regarding a matter on the agenda may email coea@coj.net no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on the Monday prior to the meeting.
