Recreation and Community Services Waterfront Management
Turn Key Volunteers
These are unpaid volunteer positions needed for the following city parks:
- Beach and Peach Urban Park, 10013 Anders Blvd.
- Castaway Island Preserve, 2885 San Pablo Road S.
Responsible and dependable volunteers are needed seven days a week to open and close the entrance gates to theses locations. Volunteers will also monitor the conditions of the parks and report any use infractions and actions needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
These are ongoing assignments. It is preferable if volunteer lives in close proximity to the park entrance.
