Letter Request Form
Fill out the form below to request a letter from Mayor Donna Deegan. Please provide as much detail as possible in your request and submit your request at least 15 business days in advance  (please take consideration of upcoming national holidays). 

Immediately after submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your successful submission. If you did not receive a confirmation, please re-submit, ensuring that all fields have been completed and the submit button has been selected before exiting this page.
