Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc., has partnered with the City of Jacksonville's Military Affairs and Veteran Department to host a series of Ask-A-Lawyer events for Veterans.
The Military Affairs and Veterans Department will have a state certified VSO at the Pablo Creek Regional Library on the third Wednesday of every month to answer questions on Veteran claims and benefits.
The Military Affairs and Veterans Department (MAVD) proudly hosts the NAS JAX Food Farmacy on the first and third Thursday of each month from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at 5391 Collins Road. This program supports active-duty military families by providing access to nutritious food resources. In collaboration with BEAM and Feeding Northeast Florida, the Food Farmacy is available to active-duty military families with valid military ID.
A 25 minute consultation with a Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA) Veteran Services Attorney offering legal guidance and additional resources at the MAVD office. Appointments are requested.
