The Bank of America Property Donation team donated a home in Jacksonville, FL to USA Homeownership Foundation, Inc. aka VAREP. Bank of America will be partnering with VAREP on making this a 100% mortgage free home donation and having an event in which the local market will be invited to participate in.

We are assisting VAREP to find qualified applicants. Each applicant will go through VAREP’s vetting process.

VAREP will accept applicants until the home is awarded, please know that many veterans who are awarded homes may currently not live in the city, but they might have a connection and want to move back.

Applicants Must be:
 
1.         Military and provide proof of service
2.         Honorably retired or separated from the military (those with compelling situation, who are less                than 90 days from retirement or separation may be considered)
3.         Not currently have a mortgage
4.         Able to provide evidence of income to support living, home maintenance, taxes and insurance
