Pension Board of Trustees Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Pension Board of Trustees of the City of Jacksonville Retirement System will meet in person on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Public Comment

Persons wishing to provide public comment may do so by emailing citypension@coj.net with the subject line “Public Comment” and referencing the meeting date. Requests must be received by 12:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting.

Individuals may also contact the Pension Office to arrange to provide public comment in person at the meeting.

Appeal Notice

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Pension Board of Trustees, the Pension Advisory Committee, or the Corrections Officers Advisory Committee of the City of Jacksonville Retirement System with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, that person may need a record of the proceedings. For this purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
