Public Comment

Individuals wishing to provide public comment may do so by emailing citypension@coj.net with the subject line “PUBLIC COMMENT” and referencing the meeting date. Requests must be received by 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on the business day prior to the meeting.

Individuals may also call the Pension Office to arrange to make public comment during the meeting.

Appeal Information

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Pension Board of Trustees, the Pension Advisory Committee, or the Corrections Officers Advisory Committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings. For this purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
