Notice is hereby given of the CANCELLATION of the meeting of the TRUE Commission’s CIP Committee scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room B, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville FL for the purpose of discussing a TRUE Commission study of the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the RESCHEDULING of that meeting to Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the same location due to the forecasts of tropical storm activity and severe weather warnings today.

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Park and Urban Park Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Metropolitan Park Improvements, which includes Council Member Bill Gulliford (Chair), Council Member Lori Boyer and Council Member Don Redman will meet Thursday, June 13, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, 4^th Floor, City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss improvements to Metropolitan Park.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Don Redman will meet with Council Member Doyle Carter on June 11, 2013 at 3:00pm. The meeting location is City Hall at St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, Conference Room A. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposal to extend the ability to raise and keep pet chicken hens for backyard egg production in residential RLD zoned areas of the City (reference Section 656.401 (a) (3), Ordinance Code)."

Notice is hereby given that the Finance Committee will meet on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to review Resolutions 2013-369 (regarding an economic development agreement with Energy Intelligene Worldwide, Corp.) and 2013-370 (regarding an economic development agreement with Total Quality Logistics, LLC), one-read resolutions regarding economic development investment incentives.
