Because of an absence of new legislation of any real interest in this legislative cycle, Chairman Radlinski has CANCELLED the Legislative Tracking Committee meeting previously scheduled for Monday, August 17^th.

Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Bill Gulliford will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to discuss the 2015/2016 Budget. The meeting is anticipated to have a 1 hour break for lunch.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.  Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact the persons listed at least seven days prior to the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Scott Wilson will meet with Council Member Lori Boyer on August 12, 2015 at 3:00pm. The meeting location is City Hall at St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, Conference Room B. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss short term parking at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Beach Boulevard.

Notice is hereby given that the St. Johns River Ferry Commission Members will meet with JTA for a Workshop on August 12, 2015 at 2:00 P.M, Conference Room A,  4^th Floor, Suite 425 – City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. Workshop is being held to discuss the Ferry and Conveyance of the Ferry to the JTA.
