Notice is hereby given that Council President Boyer will meet with Standing Committee Chairs on Friday, July 15, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room A, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the committee process for the coming year, special committees/workshops, Council rules and agenda management.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Tommy Hazouri will meet with Council President Lori Boyer on Friday, July 15^th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room B, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  The subject matter for this meeting is special projects for the 2016/2017 Council year.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Boyer will meet with Council Vice President Crescimbeni on Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room B, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss special assignments and goals for the 2016/2017 Council year.

Notice is hereby given that Council President Boyer will meet with Standing Committee Chairs on Friday, July 8, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the committee process for the coming year, special committees/workshops, Council rules and mechanics of agenda management.

In accordance with Ordinance 2005-361-E, the 1st Committee week and City Council meeting of the month of July are suspended for a summer break.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, July 18, 2016.

City Council Offices will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
