Notice is hereby given that Finance Chair, Greg Anderson will meet with the Finance Committee Members in the Council Chambers located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building to discuss the 2013/2014 Budget. The meeting is anticipated to have a 1 hour break for lunch.

The meeting time has been changed to 2:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Park and Urban Parks Ad Hoc Committee that includes Council Members Don Redman, Council Member Dr. Johnny Gaffney, Council Member Bill Gulliford, Council Member Lori Boyer and Council Member E. Denise Lee will change the previously noticed time and now meet Wednesday August 28 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss sound issues at Metropolitan Park and review proposed rules and procedures for ticketed events in the park.

Notice is hereby given that the Task Force on Consolidated Government Chair, Council Member Lori Boyer will meet with the Task Force Members in the Lynwood Roberts Room located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, City Hall - St. James Building on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 9:00 A.M.    Notification of additional meetings will follow when scheduled.  Please mark your calendars accordingly.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Richard Clark and Council Auditor Janice Billy will meet with Finance CIP Subcommittee Members Reggie Brown and Robin Lumb on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 12:00 pm in Conference Room A located at 117 West Duval Street, on the 4th floor of City Hall, St. James Building.
