The RTC has been tasked to develop a Multimodal Regional Transportation Plan for Northeastern Florida. The group will also seek to advance significant projects by focusing on coordinating regional transportation and creating the organization framework to implement the plan.

The Commission consists of representative from the six-county area including Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties.

Notice is hereby given that the Task Force on Consolidated Government Neighborhoods and Planning Subcommittee Chair, Rena Coughlin will meet with members in Committee Room B, located at 117 W. Duval St., 1^st Floor, City Hall - St. James Building on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 3:00 until 4:30 P.M..  Please mark your calendars accordingly. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Members Jim Love and Bill Bishop, along with representative(s) of the Office of General Council, Public Works, JSO, and other interested parties will hold a public meeting to discuss proposed legislation that may provide strengthening of the waste tire disposal ordinance and increase funding for assets needed to better control waste tire disposal. This Subcommittee is acting on behalf of the Ad Hoc Blight Committee chaired by Council Member Denise Lee. This is an open public meeting.
