Notice is hereby given that Councilman Reggie Brown will meet with Councilwoman Joyce Morgan on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room B, City Hall 117 West Duval Street, 4th Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Legislation # 2016-489 regarding Special Events.

Duval St., 1st Floor, St. James Building, to discuss the 2016/2017 Budget.  The meeting is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is anticipated to have a 1 hour break for lunch.

Duval St., 1^st Floor, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida  32202.

Notice is hereby given that Jacksonville City Council Vice President John Crescimbeni, Chair of the 2016 Value Adjustment Board and Board Members will meet Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 10:00 am.  The meeting will be held in City Hall at St. James, 117 West Duval Street, 4^th Floor, Suite 425, Conference Room A.  The Board will be assembled to organize for the 2016 Value Adjustment Board Year.  

The Committee will adjourn no later than noon, regarding legislative matters, and reconvene immediately thereafter to consider special matters before the Committee.
