City Council Offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day.

Notice is hereby given of the CANCELLATION of the meeting of the TRUE Commission scheduled for Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Conference Room A, Suite 425, City Hall at St. James, due to the impending arrival of Tropical Storm Hermine.

Due to the expected Tropical Storm weather, City Council offices will be closed after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016, and all day Friday, September 2, 2016.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 674.206, Ordinance Code, the Honorable Lenny Curry, Mayor- City of Jacksonville has requested that the Jacksonville City Council convene in a Special Meeting.  Mayor Curry will address the Council on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 2:45 p.m., Council Chambers 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor City Hall St. James Building.
