NOTICE is hereby given; the Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB) will meet on Thursday, September 22, 2016 beginning at 2:00 pm; in the Lynwood Roberts Room - City Hall at St. James Building – located at 117 West Duval Street –1st Floor, Jacksonville Florida 32202. 

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Tommy Hazouri will meet with all interested City Council Members on Thursday, September 22^nd, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Bill 2016-562 regarding burglary and robbery alarm systems.

Notice is hereby given that Council Member Bill Gulliford and Council Member Garrett Dennis will cancel  a meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 3:30 P.M. in Conference Room B located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall, St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Real Estate Parcel # 055358-0000 in District  9.  All interested Council Members and other parties are invited to attend.

The location of this meeting has changed to the Council Chamber.

Notice is hereby given that the Honorable Lori N. Boyer, President of the Jacksonville City Council, Honorable Joyce Morgan, City Council Liaison to Duval County School Board, along with the Honorable Ashley Smith Juarez, Chairperson, Duval County School Board will host a Joint Meeting of the City Council and School Board.  The Joint Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room, located at 117 West Duval Street, 1^st Floor City Hall St. James Building, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The meeting will discuss issues that will impact growth, funding, quality of life, and work within the City of Jacksonville.

The Committee will adjourn no later than noon, regarding legislative matters, and reconvene immediately thereafter to consider special matters before the Committee.

The Committee will convene at 4:45 p.m. to consider special matters before the Committee, (unless pre-empted by an appeal hearing).  Legislative matters before the Committee will be considered beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The Committee will adjourn no later than 3:15 p.m., regarding legislative matters, and reconvene immediately thereafter to consider special matters before the Committee, until no later than 4:00 p.m.
