Notice is hereby given that Councilman Reggie Gaffney will meet with CM Anna Brosche on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room A, located at 117 West Duval Street, Suite 425, City Hall St. James Building. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the EB-5 Project, investment tool utilizing foreign funds.
