Please Note: Our scheduling software supplier is currently experiencing a system outage. As a result, users are unable to schedule/modify appointments, and our team is unable to process scheduling requests at this time. The supplier is actively working to restore service, and we are monitoring progress closely. Should the outage continue through the weekend, appointments will not be required for screenings on Monday, January 12th at the City of Jacksonville.
