There will be a community meeting hosted by the Honorable Joyce Morgan on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 12 noon in the Lynwood Roberts Room of City Hall, located at 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.  The purpose of this meeting is to provide Arlington community stakeholders with the results of our previous meeting addressing the CRA Façade Grant Program.

There will be a Community meeting hosted by the Honorable Joyce Morgan on June 3, 2019, at 6 p.m. at River City Baptist Church, 6801 Merrill Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32277. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Arlington community with an overview of the proposed Renew Arlington Zoning Overlay and to receive community feedback.

The City of Jacksonville is currently undertaking a food desert initiative to assist with finding potential public funding sources, analyzing food access for residents and creating a strategy for the City to increase the area’s access to fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.
