Content
Review all aspects of the revised development proposal for The District as approved by the DIA board on January 10, 2018 and as may be approved by the JEA Board and the Mayor’s Budget Review Committee at their upcoming meetings; examine and opine on the proposed financing mechanisms and cost sharing proposals; evaluate the soundness of development proposal; consider the potential fiscal impacts on the JEA, DIA and City of Jacksonville, and ultimately the taxpayers, of both pursuing and not pursing this deal as currently structured; and make recommendations to the City Council regarding support for, opposition to, or desirable amendments to the proposal as it is currently structured.
