Perform a community-wide assessment of parks for access, maintenance, and more robust integration of our parks system in youth development and youth engagement. Determine what measures should be used to determine the quality of parks. Commission an inventory of the quality, existing facilities, needed facilities, maintenance needs, location and sufficiency of all city active and passive parks and make recommendations about how are parks should be improved to be more of an asset to the community in the areas of youth development and youth engagement.
