Investigate the ability of the Jacksonville City Council to define issues of importance to our legislative duties and responsibilities and influence legislative and administrative processes in Tallahassee and Washington toward favorable outcomes. Provide a recommendation on the advisability of the City Council taking a more proactive approach in government relations and recommendations for implementation.
